Bernie Smiths tenure at Four Dwellings has seen significant and remarkable progress at what is one of the most challenging schools in Birmingham. Bernies belief in leadership, delegation, clear visioning and raising aspirations has led to much recognition and appreciation on a regional and national scale. Believing in offering real responsibility to his SLT, Bernie has built a ‘segment model of SLT which has been at the heart of the schools progress. |
