Ruth has had a strong track record in leading effective school change and development during her career and is currently Head of Bournville School. Her more recent role as Executive Head of Shenley Academy, leading the schools journey through difficult times, has resulted in her appointment as the principal of the Shenley Academy. Amongst a range of skills and experience, Ruth has expertise in strategy and planning, the school improvement programme and developing learning focused leadership. |
| Margaret is a well established Deputy Head who has a range of responsibilities including: strategic leadership for pupils personal development and wellbeing; the schools response to ‘Every Child Matters; leading on behaviour and rewards, pupils guidance, welfare, attendance and punctuality. |

Kevin has had extensive experience at Shenley Academy, having taught Geography and undertaken various responsibilities before accepting a Deputy Headship in another school, then more recently returning to his current role. Kevins range of responsibilities include: strategic leadership of learning, teaching and assessment; staff training and development; performance management; leading and managing pupil level data and target setting. |

Mike has responsibility within Shenley Academy for: implementation of the learning support strategy including behaviour management, alternative provision and links with external agencies. |

Andrews wide brief includes: management and implementation of ICT across the curriculum; staff handbook; policies; school website and development of the online curriculum; leadership of the “economic wellbeing and financial capability strand” of the curriculum; leadership of day-to-day operational management of the school, and school visits. |

Alistairs role as Assistant Head includes: raising attainment through leadership of student intervention programmes, management, organisation and monitoring of the schools programme to improve teaching and learning and leadership of AFL strategy. |

Richard has specific responsibility for leading the continuing development of sixth-form, leading on curriculum structure and organisation including the national strategies, and the school timetable |
