Deputy Headteacher - Neil Jones
Assistant Headteacher (Curriculum, CPD & International Links) - Joanne Benjamin (NPQH)
Formerly a head of English and an AST, Joanne joined TGGS in September 2006 as Assistant Headteacher. Joanne has been directly involved in curriculum change and in reshaping our move to a two week timetable. She is currently in the forefront of 14-19 developments across the Edge, especially in the piloting of the new Diplomas.
Assistant Headteacher (Director of Specialism) - Stephen Conlon (NPQH)
Steve is an experienced head of ICT who has led the introduction and development of ICT changes and has been at the forefront of curriculum innovation. As Assistant Headteacher since 2004, he is responsible for whole school ICT, Options and Curriculum planning, CMIS and our Technology College Specialism. He successfully led our fourth Technology College re-designation bid last year.
Assistant Headteacher (Teaching & Learning, KS3 & 4) - Jacqueline Hall (NPQH)
Jacqueline is responsible for whole school Teaching and Learning and raising achievement at KS3 and KS4. She has played an active role in developing the Edge Teaching and Learning Policy and its associated CPD programme. Her subject is History.
Support Staff manager - Cecelia Prescod
Cecelia co-ordinates and leads a wide range of support staff across the school and has been a driving force in extending their professional development. She has vast experience of recruitment and staff management issues.
