Sara, David, and Jane bring a vast array of experience and commitment in the field of partnership working and they have considerable breadth of Headship and teaching experience between them.

The conference will allow delegates to see the Edge Partnership in live action, including the opportunity to sit in on a Edge Partnership Heads' meeting, to observe the CPD coordinators of each school meeting in one of their regular gatherings and to talk to the Partnership student council (and hear about their recent visit to Chicago to develop their leadership and team-building skills).

In addition, delegates will be given an:

Overview of the Partnership model (including its structure, evolution and rationale)
The funding regime
How The Edge Partnerships puts its ethos and aims into action
Its key personnel and successes
How the Partnership impacts on improving the life chances of young people
Charitable status and the mechanics of partnership working
